The Beinecke Scholarship Program is one of the programs that provides scholarships to student in the Arts through university and colleges across the United States. Students who are interested in applying for a scholarship through this programs should contact the campus liaison at their college for information. Students throughout the United States that are enrolled in an Arts program and plan to continue their education in the Arts are eligible. The should have a documented history of financial need. Their application should include the application form, a Certification of Eligibility form and a Financial Data Sheet, and a current resume. As well, an essay of approximately 1,000 words that details his or her background, interests, and goals for the future should be included. They should shed some light on what experiences in their past has shaped their interests and future goals. Over a period of time, the scholarship recipient will receive amounts totaling $34,000 to contribute towards tuition, living expense, and other necessities.

Students who are in their last year of studies in a theater, dance, or film program may be interested in the Princess Grace Awards. Any student enrolled in a non-profit school can apply if they are actors, directors, set designers, lighting designers, costume designers, or sound designers. Recipients of these awards are typically awarded anywhere from $3,000 to $25,000. The award is applied directly toward their tuition and the amount decided upon is based on tuition needs. Although each category requires specific materials, each student should be able to supply a personal statement, a headshot, a resume, and work samples.
