One of the most obvious benefits to a Master of Business Administration degree is that it is possible to either keep the study general in nature or specialize in one or more areas of study. The general MBA program at Norwich University gives students a wide variety of choices in classes ranging from accounting and finance, human resource and development through to marketing and sales. Strategic planning and effective decision making and communication will be a the core of each courses, but additional specialized courses will also be provided in these areas.
The other courses in the program will include issues and topics such as technology in business, e-commerce, international business, supply chain management, operational management and risk management. A general MBA graduate will take courses from all of the above topics to prepare them for management positions in virtually any department within the business sector.
