As the course name suggests, a Master of Business Administration in organizational psychology and development will focus more on the human aspects of business management and production. Students in the program will look at the unique contribution that human behavior and work organization and structure work together to either make workplaces efficient and productive or inefficient and unproductive. Students will focus on collecting data, evaluating, observing and analyzing work places and work forces to attempt to improve the environment and the efficiency.
Classes in the program will include topics such as human development, organizational psychology and structure, global financial management, organizational theory, culture and workplace environment, labor unions and management as well as specific psychology courses and business management courses. Graduates may find work as professional consultants, troubleshooters, labor relations experts, productivity consultants or quality management professionals.
