Graduates of a Master of Business Administration program with a focus in marketing will be prepared to enter the workforce as mid to upper level management within marketing and sales departments, as retail managers, as brand or service coordinators and marketers, in public relations or in sports marketing and advertising. Graduates will be well equipped to act as managers of marketing departments, or to even work as consultants or project managers on specific marketing campaigns for companies, political candidates, or those offering a service to the public or private sector.
Since technology is very central to marketing campaigns this will be a major area of focus. In addition students will learn about implementing market strategies, global marketing and international business, management of sales departments or sales representatives and retails sales and marketing. There will also be standard business management courses included in the course of study including human resource management, financial and strategic planning and leadership skills and communication development.
