A scholarship for students interested in electrical engineering would be Bruce Angwin Memorial Scholarships. This scholarship awards a $5000 and a $3500 scholarship to selected students. Department of Defense Experimental Program to Stimulate Competitive Research is designated to provide funding to researchers at colleges and universities in designated states, especially those at Historically Black Colleges and Universities and other Minority Institutions. The award is as much as $100,000, and over $10,000,000 a year is awarded. Students in Nevada who qualify can do a great deal with this scholarship.
