The Master of Science in Education with a specialization in training and performance improvement from Capella University is based on the Human Performance Improvement Model that has been developed by the American Society of Training and Development. This model is used in many advanced adult training and performance improvement programs offered throughout North America. The program uses core features to allow students to analyze, evaluate, and make appropriate changes to the systems they work in to facilitate change and improvement.
