Graduates of the Master of Business Administration in project management will have a strong understanding and foundation for applying both theory and practical application the management, coordination and daily supervision of projects in any type of business, service or industry related field. The course allows students to focus on their own area of expertise and interest in learning how to successfully manage both small and large projects within their own particular field.
Within the Master of Business Administration in project management degree students will complete courses in budgeting and finance, procurement, management of staff and human resources, time management, organization and strategic planning as well as leadership skills, effective communication and the ability to make correct and accurate research based decisions. Emphasis will be on team building and working collaboratively with others while still serving in a management capacity.
