The Master of Business Administration in organizational development program is designed to provide current managers or management candidates with a strong theoretical approach to implementing change and making businesses and systems more effective through organizational development and design. Emphasis in the program will be placed on making effective and efficient management and productions systems while still ensuring a healthy and productive work environment for all concerned.
Course will include topics such as organizational management, organizational structure and change, ethical and legal issues with regards to employees and labor relations, downsizing, corporate effectiveness, research and data collection, human behavior and change dynamics. Students will also take courses in financial management, cost effectiveness and decision making as well as risk analysis and planning. Students will use the latest in technology and software applications in both research and reporting.
