With a degree in a Master of Business Administration in international business program students will learn about the various business models used throughout the global marketplace as well as how to work within these models in business transactions. Students will learn the historical aspects of international business and the various ethical, regulatory and legal issues that may arise in international business. Issues such as contracts, acquisitions, taxation and other issues will be explored throughout the program. Additional emphasis will be placed on modifying and adapting company policies and procedures to match and correlate with models used in other countries and areas.
In addition to specific classes on international business students of the Master of Business Administration program will also work though courses on business finance, financial and business risk assessment and analysis, market trends and market research in global business as well as cultural issues such as multiculturalism and cultural diversity and its impact on business.
