The focus of the Ellis Master of Business Administration in human resource management is to provide students with the advanced skills that they need to be assets to the employees and management of the companies and agencies that they work for and in. Emphasis in the program is on developing effective communication skills, learning to work collaboratively within groups, providing professional development for current employees and working to ensure the successful integration of new employees into the workplace.
