This program draws on all areas of technology and engineering to produce a degree that trains students to adequately promote homeland security. Graduates of the program should be eligible for Certified Safety Professional certification and for the American Society of Industrial Security Certified Protection Professional exam. Courses include Design and Evaluation of a Modern Safety Program, Managing Information Security, Fire and Explosion Engineering and Emergency Management.
