The Master of Arts in Education with a specialization in Early Childhood Education can provide those currently working in the educational profession with greater expertise fors working with the youngest members of the student body. In addition to courses that address some of the larger issues in teaching, curriculum and diverse classrooms, the program will offer students the chance to learn more about how children develop at an early age. The program also requires that students complete an Action Research Project in which students will integrate their classroom education with real-world applications. Presently, this program is not available to those living in Canada, Delaware, Indiana, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Wisconsin and Arkansas.
