The Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership degree program incorporates a very broad course of study in business and human aspects of organizations. Students in this program acquire the necessary leadership skills to be effective in organizational management and gain skills in changing organizational communication, gaining commitment, and reducing resistance. Organization leadership covers issues that relate to organization behavior, finance, leadership, collaboration and conflict, effective decision-making, organizational development, accounting and finance, project teams design, ethics, employee involvement and many other areas of business. Students attain strategies and conflict management skills, innovative leadership skills and higher communication level skills.
Graduates with a Master of Arts degree in organization leadership have many job opportunities available. Some accept positions in corporate level businesses, non-profit organizations, or take governmental positions. Other graduates work as directors of human resources and department heads.
