The call center professional certificate will allow students to learn the details of management of a call center, training staff, setting goals and measuring outcomes and success. Students will learn how to leverage through call center strategies, how to motivate and support staff, and how to oversee, troubleshoot and problem solve issues that may develop within the call center facility with regards to daily operation and management.
