The Associate of Arts degree in Psychology encourages students to not only gain an understanding of the contemporary and historical theories on psychology, but also asks them to develop their own ideas on the subject through guided online coursework. Students will learn to analyze and explain human behavior, understand mental illnesses, and understand how the brain can impact physical health. Students should note, however, that since there is no clinical aspect to the course, it cannot lead to professional licensing.
