California Coast University

The goal of California Coast University is to help busy working professionals further their educations and advance their careers without sacrificing their current lifestyles and professions. They aim to make distance learning affordable and attainable to anyone with the desire to learn and improve their career prospects.

California Coast University was founded in 1973 with its administration and library facilities located in downtown Santa Ana, California. The university is entirely dedicated to distance learning and there are no traditional classroom options offered to students. Since its founding, the school has offered undergraduate and graduate programs in business, management, psychology, and education and is currently applying to get accreditation to award doctorate degrees.

Unlike many universities that are geared towards recent high school grads, California Coast is aimed at the mid-career professional. Because of this, the university is known for its dedication to helping its students finance their educations. Their cost is lower than many online universities and the university offers many flexible payment plans -- some with low installments and no interest. Additionally, many students can help finance their education through company reimbursement plans.

Students attending California Coast will be able to work at their own pace, moving as quickly or as slowly as they need to in accordance with their schedules. Many people will also be able to get academic credit for military training, specialized company training programs, and many professional licenses and certifications. Courses are available in a variety of subjects from Associate's degrees in Psychology to Master's degrees in education.
